Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed:
* Gift cards
* the bodysuits devoid of their hygienic protection strips
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, because the official display of your refund may take a little time.
Then, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only items at normal price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same article, send us an email to support@n-ael.com and send your article to: 10 rue ernest balde, st martin du tertre, val d'oise, 95270, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of a value equivalent to that of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift was sent the order in order to give it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will therefore know that you have returned their gift.

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.
